The Patriots will return to London: The 2024 NFL schedule announcement officially happens Wednesday evening at 8 p.m., but several matchups have been released early. On Wednesday morning, the NFL revealed its international schedule.

Among the list of games, the Patriots will be back in London to face the Jaguars at Wembley Stadium on Oct. 20. Kickoff, as is tradition for London games, will take place in the morning, at 9:30 a.m.

Here’s the full NFL 2024 international schedule, including a Packers-Eagles matchup that will be the league’s first-ever regular season game to be played in Brazil:

The Patriots have played in London on two other occasions, but not since 2012. New England is 3-1 all-time in international games, winning against the Buccaneers (2009) and Rams (2023) in London. The Patriots also defeated the Raiders in Mexico City in 2017, but lost last season in Germany to the Colts.

Trivia: In the Patriots’ last London game in 2012, New England crushed the then-St. Louis Rams 45-7. Rob Gronkowski caught two touchdowns, as did a Patriots wide receiver. Can you name that wide receiver?

(Answer at the bottom).

Hint: He played just one season in New England, but had been an All-Pro with the Broncos in 2010, leading the NFL in receiving yards and touchdown catches that season.

Scores and schedules:

The Bruins kept the season alive with a 2-1 win against the Panthers in Game 5 of the second-round playoff series on Tuesday. Boston still trails in the series, 3-2, and will now travel back to TD Garden to play Game 6 on Friday.

PWHL Boston also got a playoff win on Tuesday, downing Montreal by a 3-2 scoreline. Boston now awaits the winner of the Toronto-Minnesota semifinal in the inaugural Walter Cup.

In addition from Tuesday, the Red Sox got a 5-4 walk-off win over the Rays. Boston will face its AL East rival again tonight at Fenway Park at 7:10 p.m.

Tonight, the Celtics take on the Cavaliers at TD Garden at 7 p.m. Leading the series 3-1, the Celtics can advance to the Eastern Conference finals with a win.

More from Boston.com:

The walk-off: Romy Gonzalez propelled the Red Sox to a win on Tuesday thanks to this clutch hit.

On this day: In 1894, a fire—believed to have been started by a cigarette carelessly thrown under the grandstand—eventually engulfed the South End Grounds ballpark (home of the Boston Beaneaters, now the Atlanta Braves).

The conflagration eventually spread, destroying more than 200 buildings over 12 acres. Fortunately, no one was killed, though 1,900 were left homeless according to a Boston Globe account.

Daily highlight: Chris Martin’s reflexes were tested during this moment from Tuesday’s game. Luckily, the Red Sox reliever was up to the task, celebrating with a moment of rest on the pitcher’s mound.
