Taste of Japan food and drink festival returns to Anaheim – Orange County Register

Taste of Japan, a three-day festival at STC Anaheim GardenWalk, returns this year to offer guests the chance to taste Japanese fare from more than a dozen Southern California food vendors and eateries.

From ramen and takoyaki to mochi and kakigōri (sweetened shaved ice), attendees can look forward to sweet and savory bites from AJAJ Cafe, Amamiya Baby Castella, Daikokuya, Kashiwa Ramen, Kuramoto ICE, Mochi Midoh Japanese Kitchen, Mochill Mochi Crepe, Mymen Ramen, Otafuku, Shake Ramen, Shin Sen Gumi, Sushi Boy, Sutadonya, SVR BBQ, Tamaen, TaNoTa Takoyaki and Wagyu Street.

The Yokocho, a 13,000-square-foot sake and beer garden, will set the stage for the 21-and-over set seeking adult libations and traditional bar snacks.
