Juveniles charged with attacking 68-year-old on MBTA bus

The four juveniles were arrested on Tuesday after allegedly attempting to rob the victim of his cell phone.

Four juveniles were arrested on Tuesday, May 14 after attacking a 68-year-old man, according to the MBTA Transit Police.

The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on a Washington Street/Herald Street bus.

The juveniles made an attempt to rob the victim of his cell phone, according to transit police. When that was unsuccessful, the suspects began to assault the man.

Transit Police responded immediately. All four juveniles were quickly located and arrested, police said.
